After School Session Completes Spring 2017 Season

ESCO just completed its 5th season of free soccer programming for CCSD59 at John Jay Elementary School.  Due to high demand, ESCO held 2 sessions at John Jay, with a new record of 107 total kids registered for 2nd-5th graders from a variety of schools within the district!  ESCO also completed its third season for CCSD21 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders at Robert Frost Elementary School in Mt. Prospect. 30 students participated in that program.  Special thanks to all the Youth Leaders and adult volunteers who helped out this season!

The 6-week FREE Sunday morning program featured a training session followed by small sided games each week. ESCO’s FREE programming is designed to bring soccer to underserved youth who do not normally have access to, or the opportunity, to experience soccer from professional coaches in a structured environment.

Special thanks to the Waddell family for donating treats for the last session at both programs!

Additional thanks to the Alpha Omega Plastics, Sieg Marketing, CCSD59, Kiki’s Gluten Free Foods, Costello Dental, and Next Realty for sponsoring t-shirts for all participants.
